Vertically integrated production from raw material processing to finished goods packaging.
Investment of $15M+ in automated assembly and testing equipment enables consistent quality regardless of order volume. Our production lines output 150M+ connectors annually with defect rates consistently below 50 PPM.
CNC machining centers produce connector housings and contacts with tolerances of ±0.005mm. Multi-axis turning and milling supports complex geometries for RF and fiber optic ferrule components.
Automated fiber endface polishing achieves consistent geometry within ±0.05° of specified angles. Interferometric inspection of every connector ensures IEC 61300 Grade A compliance for insertion loss and return loss.
In-house environmental test lab performs thermal cycling (-40°C to +85°C), salt fog (1,000h), vibration, and IP67/IP68 submersion testing per IEC 60068 and MIL-STD-810 standards.
In-house mechanical, optical, and RF design engineers collaborate directly with customers. From custom cable assemblies to fully bespoke electromechanical products with private-label packaging.
ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified facilities with full lot traceability from incoming materials to delivered product. MES system tracks every production step with automated SPC monitoring.
Singapore, Rotterdam, Houston, Shenzhen, and Mumbai ensure 48-hour delivery to most deployment sites.
Standard catalog orders placed before 2 PM local time ship the same day from nearest regional hub.
Vendor-managed inventory and consignment programs for large deployment projects with automated replenishment.
Different deployment environments require different connector families. The table below summarizes key performance parameters to guide product selection.

| Frequency / Data Rate | 100G/400G | 400G/800G | DC – 11 GHz | DC – 6 GHz | 100 Mbps (D-coded) |
| IP Rating | IP20 (indoor) | IP20 (indoor) | IP67 (outdoor) | IP68 | IP67 |
| Mating Cycles | 500 | 200 | 500 | 100 (hand-tight) | 100 |

Every connector system has performance boundaries. Understanding these limits ensures correct product selection for your specific environment.
Standard commercial-grade connectors are rated for -40°C to +85°C continuous operation. Extended-range military variants reach -55°C to +125°C but carry a 30-40% cost premium and 4-6 week longer lead time. Exceeding rated temperature causes ferrule expansion that degrades insertion loss beyond specification.
Standard LC/SC fiber connectors are rated for 500 mating cycles per IEC 61300-2-2. Frequent reconnection beyond rated cycles causes ferrule wear that increases insertion loss by 0.05-0.1 dB per 100 excess cycles. Applications requiring daily reconnection should specify extended-life connectors rated for 1,000+ cycles.
Pre-terminated fiber assemblies have a minimum bend radius of 30mm (OS2) or 25mm (OM4). Exceeding bend limits in tight cabinet installations causes signal attenuation exceeding 0.5 dB and potential fiber breakage. Installations with routing constraints below 25mm require bend-insensitive fiber (G.657.A2) connectorization.
From 100 custom assemblies to 1M standard parts, every unit meets identical specifications.
